Returns

Please follow the steps below if you would like to return an item:

Step 1: Before sending your item, please make sure that the following criteria are met:

  • The item is in its original condition with all tags attached
  • The item is unworn and unwashed
  • The return request is made within 14 days of receiving the goods

Step 2: Register your return in our portal. You will need your 10-digit order number (#โ€ฆ) & your email address.

Step 3: Once we have received your return, we will process it within 7 days. The invoice amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
