2. Access Data and Hosting

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. 4. Data Processing for Shipping

To fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, we pass on your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

5. Data Processing for Payment

We work with payment service providers to process payments in our online shop. Depending on the payment method selected, we pass on the data necessary for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers, who act on our behalf, or to the commissioned credit institutions or the selected payment service provider, insofar as this is necessary for the payment processing. This serves to fulfill the contract in accordance with Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

In some cases, the payment service providers collect the data required for the payment processing themselves, e.g., on their own website or via a technical integration in the order process. In this respect, the data protection declaration of the respective payment service provider applies.

6.1 Email Newsletter with Registration

If you register for our newsletter, we use the data required for this or separately provided by you to send you our email newsletter regularly based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by sending a message to the contact option described below or via a link provided in the newsletter. After unsubscribing, we delete your email address from the recipient list unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data or we reserve the right to use data beyond this, which is legally permitted and about which we inform you in this policy.

We use technologies from Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is usually transmitted to a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and stored there.

8.1 Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, data (IP address, time of visit, device and browser information, and information about your use of our website) is automatically collected and stored using Google Analytics, from which usage profiles are created using pseudonyms.

Google Analytics uses cookies. Your IP address is usually anonymized within the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transmitted to a Google server in the USA and shortened there.

Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate your use of the website, compile reports on website activity, and provide other services related to website activity and internet usage.

We use social buttons from social networks on our website. These are only integrated as HTML links, so when you visit our website, no connection is established with the servers of the respective provider.
