Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or profession.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a legal partnership that acts in the course of their commercial or self-employed professional activity when entering into a legal transaction.

2. Contracting Party, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Cusbclo GmbH.

By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.
You may place products into the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction tools provided during the order process.

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods in the cart by clicking the order button. Immediately after submitting the order, you will receive a confirmation email.

3. Contract Language, Storage of Contract Text

We do not store the contract text.

4. Delivery Conditions

Delivery Options
We deliver the products to the delivery address provided during the order process.

Shipping only — self-collection is not possible.

5. Payment

The following payment methods are available in our shop:

Apple Pay
To pay via Apple Pay, you must use the “Safari” browser, be registered with Apple, have Apple Pay enabled, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment. The transaction will be executed immediately after placing the order. More information is available during checkout.

Google Pay
To pay via Google Pay, you must be registered with Google, have Google Pay enabled, authenticate with your credentials, and confirm the payment. The transaction will be executed immediately after placing the order.

Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ.), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options, available only for consumers. Klarna may perform an address and credit check. Payment is made directly to Klarna.

  • Invoice via Klarna: Due 30 days after dispatch and receipt of the invoice.

  • Credit Card via Klarna: Your card is charged immediately after the order is placed.

  • Direct Debit via Klarna: Klarna will notify you of the debit date (prenotification). The account is charged after shipping.

  • Instalment Purchase via Klarna: You can pay in monthly instalments (min. 1/24 of the total amount, minimum €6.95). Klarna may offer further options based on your profile.

PayPal / PayPal Express
To use PayPal, you must be registered and logged in with PayPal and confirm the payment. The transaction is carried out immediately after the order is placed.

PayPal may offer additional payment options to registered customers. These are handled directly with PayPal.

6. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

8. Liability

We are fully liable for claims due to damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or agents:

  • in the event of injury to life, body, or health,

  • in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,

  • for warranty promises, if agreed,

  • or if covered by product liability law.

In the event of slight negligence concerning essential contractual obligations (cardinal duties), our liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for the contract.

Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.

9. Dispute Resolution

We are not obligated and not willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
